Compile a command-line Windows executable to find Apriltags in an image

I need to recognise "Apriltag" markers within PNG images (see [login to view URL] ). There is at least one available project where one can get source code to do so (e.g. [login to view URL] ), but I have no experience of C or compiling anything. I'd just like an executable file, no GUI, just a command line executable called "[login to view URL]". I'd run it from the command line; FindApriltags <image filename>.png ...and it would return a line of text containing the numbers for where the tag is in the image (tag number, x and y pixel coordinates of the center and corners). I dont need video - this would just be done on a single still image .png. There could be up to two apriltags in the image. It does not need to be fast; a second or two of processing time is fine.
