3 Custom Odoo Modules for Odoov9 Enterprise

We are using Odoo9 Enterprise. We require 4 distinct modules: 1) Changes to address fields: All address (either entered via staff on backend to regular, invoice, contact or shippping address, or by customer on webportal / ecommerce ) must resolve to correct address via google maps. This is because we route deliveries by these addresses. See signup page for [login to view URL] for example of address "selection". Addresses that are entered incorrectly must prevent user from moving forward (both staff and customer). Current addresses in database may not be correctly entered, so in addition to above a report has to be able to be done that will print a list of these customers with incorrectly entered addresses. Must also have an additional tab on partner view that will show gmap location of customer address. 2) Customer portal : "Pay now" on invoice must lead to choice of available payment methods, not just default method. 3) Odoo9 Enterprise Subscription module: We do not allow customers to purchase certain item if they do not have an active subscription. So a product must have another field 'related subscription' that will allow this item to be linked with a subscription item. If user does not have an active subscription with this sub item, then he cannot purchase product. Example: Item X is linked to subscription item Y. If user does not have active subscription with item Y, then he is blocked from purchasing Item X with a warning message on backend (sales app) or by friendly information directing him to buy subscription (ecommerce). 4) When going to invoice - register payment, upon selection of certain specific journal, we can pay via payment acquirer already installed in system. EG we have a MIGS payment method. Invoice - register payment, select MIGS journal - virtual terminal with reference and amount automatically set appears. Essentially we are paying customer account as if he were logging onto his portal and doing it, except we are typing in card details. This needs to work for single invoice and multiple invoice. All work must be thoroughly tested on ENTERPRISE Odoo9.
