We have done already the research and preplanning for a SaaS application. So, We are looking for someone or company with experience developing SaaS applications and integrations with Power BI (Power BI dashboard are already finished). We want to receive an offer that covers the DESIGN ONLY of the WHOLE SaaS application using all the information we can provide about what we want to achieve (must present some proof of work you have done before). The DESING must include a formal document (deliverable) including features such as: Use cases, Responsive Design, API and Integration, Analytics, SaaS Programming Language, Recommended Database, scalability, Mobile Integration, Marketing and Billing, etc. The quote should include only the DESIGN but when the formal document is finished, you will be able to provide us a quote with the cost of the development for our consideration.
