Make Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for the Attendance checking and payroll system. It must have the following: a. Context diagram b. Diagram 0 c. Child diagrams for each process in the Diagram 0 d. Conversion of Logical flow to physical flow of each child diagram e. Partitioning Attendance checking and payroll process: (1) Employee approaches the checker before starting work/going home. (2) Checker writes the time in, if it is the start of the day, or timeout, if it is the end of the day (3) Checker hands over the logbook to the employee. (4) Employee affixes signature. (5) At the end of the month, the human resource manager audits the logbook- totals the number of absences and lates (6) HR manager computes for the pay of each employee by deducting necessary deductions from their respective basic pay. (7) HR manager prepares a pay slip for each employee by writing the computations in the slip. (8) HR manager gets the sum of the salaries and informs the Finance department about the amount needed. (9) Finance department reviews the total salary report. (10) Finance department gives the amount needed to the HR Department. (11) HR department gives each employee their pay slip and salary.
