i have a bit questions. can i use Web based country filter via some services or shall country/ip database be stored on local computer? where from u grab proxies? shall i design ui or only implement filter function? i have experience in this. I have a self made bot written on c# which gains proxies and promotes site in web search engines via user behavior factors, so country/ip connection is used tehere too. If You only want to filter already gained ips by location i could use my database, which is checked and trusted. However there might be difficulties sometimes by locating city itself. but country is OK. If You need exact city i'd recommend using web services in this app. Price is very talkable :) if you wish i can show my bot-promoter code as a portfolio its a good technically implemented app, there is shown my abilities in multitreaded application programming.
