You want to build the PWA for accountant with Dashboard, Push Notification and other basic pages. This reminds me a hybrid mobile application I have developed for Canada client. The app was for Construction workers, giving general instructions, which tools to use, what dangerous points to note and send the push notification for dynamically changing instruction. Of course, I know PWA is not a hybrid mobile application, but it has the similar foundation of javascript and provide the mimic mobile application experiences.
