I need a coder for create a skeleton of a simple desktop software for Windows and MacOS. It is a 2D graphics software for fast creation and editing of shapes. Language: Python 3 The libraries used must be free with liberal licence. I can accept suggestions. For now I think that can be used: - GUI: WxPython Phoenix - OpenGL: Pyglet or Vispy I need only a basic application that I can understand for subsequent modify and add new code.
