Software: for security outfit- online based

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. Our client, a security outfit need a software to use to collect applicant personal data, capture their image, collect their finger print. The software must be cloud based and hav other features like payroll and data check. Note: we will need demo first. Thank you.
