VBS to Pythin script and add some functions

I have a .vbs script that takes files with phone numbers, goes to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and other websites and looks-up names for the phone numbers and produces an output in HTML format. This script stopped working a few days ago. I am looking for someone who can: - find what changes (probably the websites' interfaces) - fix it - rewrite the script on Python 3 with the same output. It should work in a command line and scheduled later. I can provide IN and OUT samples as well as the code, of course. - add following features: -- research and add more sources ([login to view URL] and more...) for Canada and U.S. for better results -- produce a log of the parsing: where name was retrieved from; if no result produced, etc. Option to enable/disable it and an option to adjust how detailed to produce the log. -- add found names for the phones to a file (kind of file-based DB) -- use this file to add previously retrieved info to the result if necessary - I need this new software well documented, so I could support it later Please, make sure you can do in time and deliver the result.
