Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt) and I understand what you need and can build the system. Now there is more information needed: 1. What computers will you have available (for "30 monitors")? Simple Linux based portables or Windows or something else (preferably same type)? 2. What local network will be available - assuming those 30 monitors will be connected to it? This is crucial for member list, counting votes, not allowing to vote again by the same member and of course central storing of data with backups at local storage of those monitors. 3. Displaying live stream results is of course possible in central voting computer ("server") yet tell me if you plan to display them at each of 30 monitors as well. Proposing Node.js based local web server solution, running on each monitor and synchronizing data (voting results). While running only those 30 computers can be OK, one computer is planned for central storing and dispatching results (or better two, if redundancy and fail-over is planned). Now for displaying (live) results data there are some advanced solutions available (even with PowerPoint!) yet a web page with D3.js scripts for charts is planned.
