I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using powershell script. (without compile or additional library or files). it should be able to run natively on any windows 10 computers without the need of any additional program. simply the program is an auto switcher between installed apps when specific value from the internet (through API) is triggered. see diagram attached. further specific information will be given to the best bidder. thank you.
