Write some job dsl code

I can do this project. I have sound knowledge in Jenkins DSL. I can create a Jenkins job in Pipeline-as-a-code format with detailed comments which can be run in Windows machine. I can also create a document which would give you detailed steps on how to install the required plugins and setting up the windows machine with Groovy software.
