A customised electronic records information system with an integrated document management solution. Integration either Adobe Document Management, or Microsoft Sharepoint for document management. The electronic records database is to store clients medical records. Document management system must support multiple esignatures. Solution must be accessible anywhere, anytime by secure user login. Successful team must report remotely in collaboration with with company engineer every two days from project start until completion. Engineer may work on parts of project as deemed necessary.
