Automatic PDF Population

I am looking for someone to populate variable PDF forms with data that exists in a CSV file. There will be 6 different bank authority PDF forms for authorising bank feeds on Xero. The CSV file will have two columns, the first one with either a bank account number in XX-XXXX-XXXXXXX-XX or XX-XXXX-XXXXXXX-XXX format, or a credit card number in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format. The second column will have the name of an entity. The tool will need to read the bank account number, choose the correct PDF form based on the bank or credit card prefix and branch range, and then populate the bank account number, and entity name into the relevant fields on the PDF form. Where multiple lines exist for a single entity, and the bank prefixes match (eg when a company has 3 bank accounts and one credit card with the same bank), the bank account numbers should be populated onto the same form. This will need to be done for every single line in the CSV file - up to 500 lines at a time. The multiple PDFs will then need to be saved into a user selected folder. It will need to be able to differentiate between correct and incorrect data in a file (eg the bank account number isn't in the correct format), and have error messaging as to what lines have gone wrong, and why. It would be preferable to export this error message to a TXT file. Please note 06 National Bank of New Zealand numbers will need to be populated onto an ANZFeed form as well, making a total of 7 bank prefixes you need to create the tool for. This tool will also need to be easily updated as new PDF forms are released by Xero.
