The standard of proof to determine the ingenuity in literary works and other forms of intellectual property depend on the reasonable deviation from already existing patented software, lines of code in a pre-determined fashioned or artistic manner which can be patented through an application once proven but one has to differentiate it from generic code e.g. open source software that can be used by anyone I. e. Android for instance , it must be substantially different I have a diploma in software development City&Guilds (UK) and a second Honors degree(UK) with experience with International Law and standards expected and in renowned research websites LexisNexis, SAFLII(SA), ILII (India) I will complete the task and apply for a patent
