I would like to hire a Software Developer

I am looking to hire a web developer, to create a website that i have been trying to develop myself and while i think i found a workable solution i have been unable to get it working and looks as i want. (i have held off looking for outside help as i can never seem to express what i want, so yes while i might be one of thoughs king of clientes at least i know i am) At its core i want the site to be a forum that will require using a social media account to log in. I want there to be a wiki that uses the forums userlist instead of its own From the main web address i want to be able to access the whole forum, I also want to be able to uses separate address to access a subset of the forums categories and boards that are not necessarily ordered/structured as the full forum had them Each address needs to act as its own separately branded portal with navigation on the left, content in the center and login/account information on the right A user points based system for the forum that will be able to add points if a user has linked social media account that appears in an external list I hope that's clear, if not feel free to message me, i can also let people know the workable system i had but i don't want to limit any ideas. This is what i think i need at the mini so if all goes well there will be more work
