Write one Paint Shop Pro batch process

Before you start, please read the section marked NOTES at the bottom. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I am looking for a programmer who is skilled in writing batch process software for Paint Shop Pro. I use version X8 at present. Please note that I am looking at this batch process primarily to deal with product photography on a plain pure white background. If you can make it work for "busier" images, that would be excellent, but is not a requirement. The batch process should do the following: 1. Open any allowable image; 2. Make a note of the image dimensions of the image in pixels; 3. Find the main subject of the image, check it's width in pixels and precisely centre it on the image; 4. Add or remove a border to recreate an image of exactly the same number of pixels as you started with; 5. Save with the original file name; 6. Close the image file. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ NOTES Things I do not want in your proposal: a. examples of websites you have written; b. offers of SEO; c. the words "I have read through your project and I understand ... etc" (or similar) when you clearly haven't done so; d. examples of images you have designed; e. any mention of Photoshop; f. anything else irrelevant; g. stock bid proposal text that you couldn't possibly have written in two seconds. Three things I do want to see please: a. How many Paint Shop Pro bespoke batch processes have you written in 2017? (Please provide a sample - ONE sample!!!) b. How long would you expect to take to write this bespoke batch process? c. The words, "PSP is amazing", just so that I know you read the whole project description. If your proposal is good but incomplete I'll give you one chance to get it right. If you pester me when I say "no", I'll blacklist you. You have been warned.
