Redesign of The HSBE

Wanted to see what it would cost to redesign my [login to view URL] website. I did some research and I really like this website and would like to simulate it almost to the T [login to view URL] I like how the pictures change on the banner. I will use basically the banner and images that I have on the [login to view URL] site already. I actually think I would want my background to be white and maybe use the blue still for the different sections. I like the gradient headers For the menu I would like it to have Home | Sponsors | Donations | Seminars | The Show | Contact For the four boxes on the left, I want it similar Industry News | About the Show (which will have a link of read more that will go to the The Show) | Industry Press Releases | Industry Blogs I want a link that says For Media/Press Button and New Product Showcase button that will go to the titled pages. Advertisment Box and you can make that one Maybe a different color then the other boxes (maybe a read more link) If you could have a banner at the bottom that says show sponsor as well on each page. Then the footer box at the bottom very similar to the site. That is a total of about 12 pages I believe and I would like to be able to update it on my own using an open source content management software.
