Hi, Do you have access to these old accounts (username and password)? Do you know the size of each of the 5 mailboxes you need to transfer from GMail to the Outlook PST? If not, how many emails approximately *per account? Did the former users work with large attachments? Will you give remote access to a machine on which I can perform the migrations, or do you prefer that I work on my own machine and then upload the resulting PSTs somewhere? Thank you, Maurizio

Hello, I am Siva. I think the mails can be exported to Google Drive. You just apply the label “PDF” to any email thread in Gmail and save to Google drive. Try this first and then only give it for outsourcing.
