Write and describe a 5 page summary/description of a game.

I have a vision for a videogame (I own a videogame design company) , but the problem is, I don't know how to accurately write about my vision and describe it well enough. I want to send it off to my developers and graphic artists, but they need a very detailed game concept document. So, I am looking for someone to talk with me for a few hours, then take my ideas via a skype phone call and turn them into a 5 page game concept document.
