The documentation should detail with descriptive text and images the entire process of the registration to usage. The outline of the project will include the following structure Intro Disclaimer (will be populated by legal team) Requirements Compatability Registration Authentication of account Download of software Setup of software Perperation of info services usernames passwords ports IPs License Ordering Change of IP for license/Transfer to a new IP Cancellation of Membership Activation of license Create a backup style windows style Linux Modify a backup Delete a backup Backup Queue/Spooler Migration Required skill: =========== English proficiency - USA. Technical background - knowledge of "internet lingo', FTP, Logs, Cron Jobs, Task Scheduler, DNS, IIS, IP Address, Web Hosting. Technical writing skills - for the documentation The software deals with Backup and Restore for web hosting services.
