My name is Rick and I represent and operate a call center located in Manila, Philippines. We have been in the industry for nearly 6 years now and we have provided inbound and outbound calls for customers in the USA, UK, Australia and Canada. Our agents are experienced in both B2B and B2C telemarketing in the form of credit card pulling, appointment setting, email/chat support, customer service, administrative and virtual assistant functions. Maintain up to date schedules on sales & business development consultants to ensure availability for appointments. Maintain open communication with sales & business development consultants. Maintain written documentation of sales activities in order to facilitate appropriate reporting on a weekly basis. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by the client and awareness of the market. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of related experience with a minimum of two (2) years within the Pre-Sales and Lead Generation. SKILLS: Successful track record of setting appointments with medium to large size accounts. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills. Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction. Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
