USA Based telemarketing Representative

I need someone with an excellent command of spoken English and a hard working and reliable attitude to be the second point of contact for new clients on eLance. I will also need a sample of your voice, since due to the project price I cannot call you, so I need a way to gauge the quality of your speaking voice. Therefore please send a minute long sample of you talking about something that excites or interests you. This can be in any format you wish, but please Do NOT send me a bid or a message that doesn't include an audio file of you speaking as an attachment. I will ignore all of these messages. ## Deliverables As you know from doing a google search for "orgnot" and looking at our company website it's important for us to reach as many small businesses as possible to make a significant impact in their prosperity especially since a lot of these guys really need the help. It's sometimes easy to think that the success of small businesses only affects the business owner but in reality it impacts their family, customers, vendors, employes as well as the families of the vendors and employees. That's why it's so important that we reach these guys, especially the businesses with bigger budgets since they will often have more employees and therefore more impact. As a company we see it as our corporate mission to help as many of these businesses become more stable by having efficient marketing systems in place and thorough planning. We recently dealt with a client who was a realtor, his company employed 24 people from the local community, in 2007 when his business got wiped out he had to let everybody go. He lived in a small town and this had a dramatic impact on the community. When our consultants went in and looked at the systems and planning he had in place, well, there wasn't any. Had he been using an effective strategy those people would still have jobs and the growth he achieved would have allowed him to hire even more people making him and his business a positive force in the community rather than the negative force it turned out to be. The bid price will be to cover the cost of your telephone calls (skype & headset) is a must. I will be paying a bonus of $50-500 depending on various factors for each new client you close from the leads you are given (no cold calling). So make sure your bid just reflects your basic overheads because I am looking for performers who wish to earn the majority of their pay in bonuses. As a guide I see no reason why telephone expenses would be more than $50 since unlimited worldwide calls plus $15 extra skype credit is only $22.99 Our best people currently close about 4 sales per week with an average bonus of $380 which works out to $6,080 in monthly earnings. But like I said, these are our top people so it's to be expected. You will be expected to be on a weekly training call and to be dedicated and proactive in improving your skills and company knowledge. You will also receive an orientation before you start making calls. As I said before we are looking for long term representatives who are ambitious as we always promote our sales managers from within and strong, confident performers really stand out with us. In your account you will be assigned a set of leads. You will then be expected to contact them they will either have their Skype ID listed or a telephone number. It will be your responsibility to call these leads and have them fill out the "client assessment form" which you will be provided. You will be given a basic script to follow in which you call the client initially, ask some questions about the project he wants us to do and explain that before we consider any new client we always perform an initial assessment. You then collect their email and send them the assessment form. At this point you should take a screenshot to serve as proof that you have sent the email to said client. You then give the client 48 hours and if they have not returned the assessment form to you then you will need to follow-up with them and offer assistance. Our best people often stay on the phone with the client while they fill out the more tricky parts of the assessment form. Your mission here is simple, get these guys to fill out the assessment, no matter what it takes. Once they have filled it out completely you will make a final call thanking them for their information and asking them when they will be free to speak with a consultant about the assessment, you then forward the pdf file and the appointment time to an email address you'll be provided with. Some of these people are busy so it may take a few calls, but you should never quit until they flat out say they will not fill it out. Always speak on the phone, never ever text chat. This bid request is for 100 fully filled out assessment forms, as long as you have done your job properly and honestly then you can expect our standard conversion rate which is 65% on these. That means when you submit 100 forms 65 of them will turn into sales on average and be worth around $24,700 to you in total, it really just depends on how long it takes you to get the information to us.
