Country Club Map and 3d rendering

I have about 8 models of luxury beach front mansions. I need them leveled out, have the lots of the properties made to .6 of an acre with and duplicated into 50 homes around a fork shaped waterway as shown in attachment. Each lot will be 26136 square feet with 100-120 feet of beach front. meaning the if the lot is 100 feet of beach front it will extend 262 feet back. 100 x 262 foot lot or if it is 120 feet of beach front it will extend 218 feet back making a 120' x 218' lot. each lot owner will get the option of three setbacks as shown in attachment 3 options. These options a: the property will be set back 50 feet from the water and will have an even slope from the waterway to the property which will be 10 feet above sea level. this will be the most common option option b: The property will extend an extra feet toward the waterway placing it directly on the waterway 10 feet above the waterline. so from the water the property will have a 10 foot seawall raising from water and then the property will immediately begin. this will increase the size of each lot by 50 feet. so with 120 feet of beach front the property will extend 268 ft back thus it would be 32160 sq ft or .72 acres. option three will have four seawalls, allowing for a private beach front that will not be seen from waterway so owner could have their own private island beach that no one will ever see. Total privacy I will need three mile stones of completion 1. a rendering from top or ariel view of property map that incorporates the shape of attachment [login to view URL] with each lot to scale as mentioned above that looks like attachment [login to view URL] a very high quality artistic rendering of the community. this will also help in next mile stones for accuracy and no miscommunication. 2. I will need two 3d files with community and high quality 3d renderings provided. 1. showing the full 3d version of the community with just lots showing a couple variations of setback options 2. showing the full 3d version of the community with the beachfront mansion homes I mentioned above also showing a couple variations of setback options 3. high quality 3d rendered video fly-through and walk through of the community. I want this to be as realistic as possible I understand the mansions I have in sketchup are low quality because of programs low polygon availablity but I have seen very realistic renderings that look so real made with other tools working with a google sketchup file.
