Design and rendering an exhibition booth

Exhibition booth design and rendering needed. Two booths for 1 company. [login to view URL] exhibition is on beginning of the September. So the project will last till the exhibition start. (So it's about 2.5 months) 2. During the design stage, client will ask for change many times and fix the details in timely feedback. Client asks the rendering must present the final real looking. So even they change the poster, client will ask us to change the poster to reflect on the rendering to match the real looking. So even a small detail changes, you will need to modify the rendering as well, and feedback in very soon. (for example, we give you the client feedback and material in the morning, you need to send back the rendering by evening the same day). And this is why we expect that there will be many changes during the 2.5 months. 3. Two booths. One is 189 m2, and the other one is 99 m2. 189 m2 booth is the image display purpose. 99 m2 booth is for meeting and order taking. 4. Layout already provided by client. In overall, they want an art gallery style. For the detail, I will discuss with you. 5. First rendering must come out before this Thursday night (6/18). 6. Payment will be paid in 3 payments. 1st (30%) is when the concept confirmed by client. 2nd(50%) will be paid before the exhibition starts. 3rd(20%) will be paid after the exhibition end.( it's a 3 days exhibition) 7. Client is a distributor for the glasses frame of worldwide brand name (such as Chopard, Agnes b, Loewe...etc)
