I need a game to be made for mobile platforms. It needs to be kind of like the game Bullet Force, but the game mode itself needs to be role-play and have the quality and ability to free-roam around a city a bit larger than Vice City, in GTA: Vice City. The graphics can’t be bad-quality. I’m not trying to make a clone of any GTA game; please get that straight. Although it may have many elements a GTA game may or does have, that’s not my goal—trying to make a cheap clone. Moreover, the character and NPCs need a modern and good design to them; they can’t walk weirdly, and act weirdly. The first version of the game will be chosen, and whoever’s game version doesn’t get the job, they will get $10-$15.
