I want calculate all the material including motors, 2D design drawings and 3D solidworks drawing. It should be cost effective and need to meet safety requirement. Y axis rack and pinion load 3000kg car max ,speed 1m/sec max, travel 12000 mm, motor drive Z axis chain and sprocket forward 5500mm backward 5500mm see the drawing ,motor drive X axis chain and sprocket travel 12m .motor drive or Y axis rack and pinion Z axis chain and sprocket X axis chain and sprocket Please send me your sketch for Z axis to have a look.
