Design and Photorealistic 3D Renders of Portable Toilets according to Australian Standards

IMPORTANT!!! READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION FOR INFORMATION AND TERMS BEFORE BIDDING!!! This project requires very good skill of English Language I need 4 different designs of small toilet buildings, you can see an example in the photos attached. The does not mean the design must the same, at the contrary, I want something completely new. So here is the list... 1. Single Disability Toilet 2. Double Ambulant Toilet 3. Ambulant and Disability Toilet 4. Double Ambulant and Disability Toilet Disability Toilet = For disabled people who are on wheel chair Ambulant Toilet = For people with difficulty in mobility, for example handicap people who walk with the assistance of crouches. The successful candidate needs to produce 3D models and 3D photorealistic renders of of the four toilet types. I need 3-4 exterior render and 3-4 interior renders. They will be placed inside a brochure so I need the 3D render to be photorealistic. I can guide you through the whole process and show you what kind of materials are used mostly here. You duty will be to use smart combination of the materials but you will also have the freedom to come up with your own ideas. I can provide you with documentation showing the all the requirements disability toilets. If I am not satisfied with the result I have the right to terminate the project and proceed with another freelancer. By accepting the project means you accepting this term. The successful candidate must deliver along with the 3D renders, also the 3D models and the 3D scene of the project with the setup ready to render. By accepting the project means you accepting this term. Design in Revit is a plus as it will save me some time producing the drawings. There is no tight deadline so you will have plenty of time to delivery the project. I prefer quality rather than speed. Please provide sample of similar projects.
