It is impossible to attach files with proposal but check our portfolio, all those house models are modeled firstly using AutoCAD, then materials are applied using 3ds Max, etc... Hi there, I can easily provide you with the 3D model you are looking for and deliver it within 3 days. I have over 15 years of architectural millwork in both 2D and 3D. I am currently using AutoCAD 2014 which can save in a lower version with no detail lost. I have samples of my work at http://archaniaworkshop.com. There is a set of drawings for a residential wall unit, but I have done full layout of buildings and houses. I do have a couple of 3D renderings done in both AutoCAD and 3DS Max on my site.
