As per your project, several images and some basic measurements (for reference) should be enough. Based on your pictures, I'll use my 3d scanner (Fusion 360) to get a rough 3d model of the boat. With this rough model, I'll make the parametric model in Autodesk Inventor. With your assistance, I'll modify/adjust the shapes/dimensions until the desired outcome is reached.
