Family house project

My name is Ricardo Medina from Brisbane City. Well, my brothers and I, we are developing a new house for my parents and we would like to find someone to help us with the design of the house, specifically an architect or designer. Having a plan in hands I can send it to the builder in Paraguay to follow my instructions and build the house. I already find a house plan model that I got from the internet, a model of the house that my parents really loved, actually is a model similar to the actual house they have, of course, we want it a better version, more modern and confortable, we want to make a quite similar style reusing all noble woods to keep the history of the house alive. I need to do some alteration on this model, someone has to DRAW as I will indicate, to adjust, add two extra doors, add a deck, etc, etc.. As I said, you have to draw all new, the wide is 7 meters, etc, etc. I am sending you two models to understand the idea, Pic # 1, this figure has been approved to build, but there is no deck, no extra doors, has two toilets, need only one toilet. We have to draw those details. Pic # 2, in here you will see how is the deck look like, to add it in pic # 1. We would like a deck with no fences (pic #2 it has), two extra doors (that I will tell you where to put) Very easy, isn't?
