I need a 3D animation and texturing

Working on a project for a company that design and manufacture heavy machinery for the mining sector. The final product will be in the Unreal Engine 4 and I need some work done on existing 3D models. There already exists 3D models in blender. I need these 3D models textured to accurately portray the actual machines. Reference pictures will be supplied. Two of the models need basic rigging and a few basic animations, like turning wheels for instance. The project has a tight deadline.
