Do some 3D Modelling for Commercial Property Number 2

Hello Everyone, I had to repost this project because the pictures did not upload right and there was an important reference document that was not uploaded, so had to repost this job. I am looking for someone to make me a 3D rendering of a site. I have added 2 documents. A site plan draft and images on a word document that are similar to what I am looking for. The Rendering is to be similar to the pictures in the word document. Pavers in the street, nice sidewalks, light posts, etc..all of the details you see. You can also get creative by putting a fountain in the middle so cars drive around and valet park. The center is to have 5 levels. The frist 2 levels of restaurant space and 3 level above to be for offices. The images show a 2 story level, 1 story 2nd floor and a 2 story 3rd floor. Total of 3 levels. I would like the first 2 levels to be 2 stories each. (20 feet per story, total 40 feet). Then the next 3 levels to be one story each (10 feet per level, total 30 feet). So total building total height would be aprox 70 feet. . I would like as much detail as possible. In the back is the parking garage. I have indicated where the parking garage will go and you can see in the pictures in the word document how the parking entrance should look. There is a picture of the entrance of the parking garage in the word document labeled . Please be very detailed and add cars, people, etc..I am sure there will be questions for the person who is awarded this job. I will want all different angles of the center. The Word Document labeled Restaurant Row [login to view URL] shows examples of how I want the building to look. I will let your creativeness come out of you wish to make some changes. The Document named Restaurant Row [login to view URL] shows the site plan and shape of the building. After I award to someone, I will chat with them on some details. I prefer to check the files before the final rendering will be done to save time. I know renderings take quite some type to make. I will also send the address of the property to the person I award so that they can see the roads and how the property sits. I would also like the rendering to be added to a google or bing map. I am on a strict budget and will award to the person who bids the lowest and has quality work on Exterior 3D renderings in their portfolio. I will also not entertain offers that are over my set budget maximum of $250.00..
