I have been studying Mandarin Chinese for over 6 years. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Chinese and a minor in Linguistics. I have lived in Taiwan for 3 months studying the culture along with providing local shopkeepers English translations of their menus, product descriptions, etc. I am currently an independent contractor for Johns Hopkins University. I provide English-to-Chinese translations of research material and serve as an on-site interpreter for Chinese-speaking participants.
