I speak Japanese fluently, worked in Japan for 10 years from 2006-2016 and have a good grasp of business Japanese as well as legal terminology and contracts. I am capable of translating just about anything from Japanese into English, and to a large extent I can translate the other direction as well, although naturally this is more difficult as I am not a native Japanese speaker. I am happy to work with you to acquire the rights to this property, although obviously I can't guarantee success. I would like to know more about the property that you are trying to license. Also, do you have contacts at Toei, or is this going to be a "cold call" sort of situation? I've been living in Japan for over 15 years and speak Japanese at an advanced level. Provided TOEI is open to giving you licensing rights, I assume they will require a presentation which will have to be in Japanese. My bid includes translation of such a presentation from English into Japanese. If required, I would be able to go to their office myself to discuss it with them or accompany you there as an interpreter (at additional cost.)
