FFMPEG I need FFMPEG code that is able to insert short video (4sec), or picture in longer video in specific time (from 15th to 19th second) and specific size. Long video is 1920x1080px and inserted video should be 1720x820px, positioned in the middle? Sound should be from longer video except during short video, when audio should be from short video too. Simultaneously text should be inserted in video.

Need file names for the long video and short video, and specify which is which. Do also send the text that needs to be added and details regarding time, space and font etc. (is this subtitles?) Additionally, is the short video file already cropped to 4 second runtime? Otherwise, specify the timestamps to be inserted.
