Creative video editor - repost

We need a creative and technical skills person to find royalty free videos online, video shoot a few scenes according to the wordings of the audio clip that we will provide. The voice over for the audio is already completed with back ground score. A few screen shots are already taken. We need someone to compile both the audio and video according to the meaning of the lyrics of the audio clip. We will also provide the guidelines for the preparation of the video.
