Hello...I am a Film Student and an Experienced Adobe After Effects user. I have previous experience working with Fitness related video and animations. I have a collection of templates and promo kits used for creating a perfect Fitness Related Video (Intro, Outro, etc..). Since you want an Introductory video, it would be better to start with an intro logo animation followed by an 'explanatory video' explaining the services provided by the company in an Animated-video/Real footage of a person talking.
