Hi there, I've watched the Josh Linkner's video and actually it has a powerful reel intro. Perfect timing and animations design and styles and a wonderful audio levels with a strong soundtrack and sound effects. I am able to edit the same things and the 3D motion graphics too. I don't have a single video exactly like that one though I have show reel to show and a bunch of effects like those too in my video album. Apart of my own reel, I fulfill the complete 8 points you asked for.
