Hi, I'm an experienced entrepreneur and I’d like to hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) to initially to help with the creation of an E-book for one of my current projects. I’ve already created the images, copy and the outline structure of the book. I’d like you to take the content from the manuscript I’ve written and drop it into the template. You just need to copy and paste the remaining text and then make sure everything lines up and is well formatted. The E-book creation tool is the free online tool piktochart. If the project goes well, there will be scope for other exciting projects and more varied virtual assistant work including: # Internet research # social media content creation # audio / video uploading # preparing simple web site images # managing the virtual office # Pay Per Click Ad campaign management There will be opportunities to acquire new skills and there will be opportunities for you to focus on the things you find most fun and are best at. The most important qualities you'll need are: # A positive "can do" attitude # Reliable # Detail focused # Inquisitive # High level of written and spoken English # Excel Spreadsheet data manipulation # Basic knowledge of image editing # Familiarity with common social media platforms (linkedin / facebook) Would be Nice Skills # Gimp This has the scope to extend for a long time for a superstar!
