Online Research and Real Estate Admin

**Task 1: Admin needed to help with online real estate related research (EXPIRED PROPERTIES)** **Task 2: Admin to help with online real estate related research (NEIGHBORHOOD OWNER LISTS)** **Task 3: Admin to implement ongoing Craig's List marketing plan (7 days per week)** **Task 4: Setup and administer a similar program on [login to view URL] classifieds (similar to Craig's list above) ** These four main tasks are the first projects we would like immediate help with, and we anticipate adding additional tasks if these first projects go well. We are looking at this as a long-term strategic partnership. We are not sure how many hours per week these tasks will require, and weekly time commitments may fluctuate from month to month. Please see advanced summary below for more details about specific requirements of each task. ## Deliverables **Task 1: Admin needed to help with online real estate related research (EXPIRED PROPERTIES)** 1. Admin to login to my local area multiple listing service(MLS) and other online resources using credentials to be provided by client. The MLS is a database of local property for sale. 2. In our area, property owner's names and mailing addresses are recorded publicly with our county. The owner's name (sometimes an entity such as an LLC) and address can be looked up easily. However, phone numbers and email addresses are not provided. We are primarily interested in acquiring the phone number if it is available. Admin to use MLS to search database daily for property designated by MLS with status of "Expired." On a daily basis, there will be between 0 and 100 expired properties. 3. Export this list of all Expired property and owner information to Google Spreadsheet. 4. Find (using [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or other online directories) the phone numbers that correspond to the name and add phone numbers to spreadsheet. **Task 2: Admin to help with online real estate related research (NEIGHBORHOOD OWNER LISTS)** 1. Using Summit & Wasatch county websites, pull property owner lists (we will provide detailed instructions about how to do this and which neighborhoods we want. It's a simple and quick process once you get comfortable with the work flow.) 2. Export these lists of neighborhood property owners to the google spreadsheet under new tabs at the bottom of the screen. 3. Like Task 1 Step 4 above, search the internet to find phone numbers for these property owners. 4. Add these phone numbers to the spreadsheet **Task 3: Admin to implement ongoing Craig's List marketing plan (7 days per week)** 1. Once per day, post our team's property listings for sale on Craig's List (roughly 15 posts), as well as some generic (not for specific homes) posts (10 more) Each post needs a different headline and a different photo. **Task 4: Setup and administer a similar program on [login to view URL] classifieds (same strategy as Craig's list above)** These four main tasks are the first projects we would like immediate help with, and we anticipate adding additional tasks if these first projects go well.
