I am the right candidate for this position because in the Paralegal program where I graduated, I was not only taught how to be a good legal assistant but it also taught me how to be an assistant in general which involves not missing any detail and having all the work and tasks precisely done. In the program I was taught how to file, calendar, schedule, treat clients, take declarations, write memos, fill out/prepare legal forms, legal research and other various legal assistant tasks. I have virtual paralegal experience because I was able to intern at a virtual law firm which was a very busy law firm. In this position, my duties were: answering phones, client intake, schedule clients, calendaring, maintain client files, maintain online database, conduct client interviews, conduct declaration intakes, email handling, process payments, translating, transcribing, eFiling, fill out legal forms, maintain virtual files organized, process mail, conduct research, and managing the daily procedures. I have also worked as a personal assistant for an architect where I was able to learn AutoCAD and apply it on the job. I was an assistant notetaker for a disabled student in which I took detailed notes of each class session. I also went above and beyond my duties by helping the student out of my work hours. I am also intermediate with computer troubleshooting and graphic design. I am a quick learner and can go above and beyond my duties.
