Add Chinese theme graphics to existing website

Need to implement and add nice looking Chinese styled theme graphics - (lots of red and yellow color, some dragons overlay) to the existing php website: east analyst dot com. We just need good looking graphics applied with css to our website. This graphics has to be Finance related and Chinese themed -it may occasionally contain names of chinese finance institutions or finance terms within the graphics. It has to have elements of chinese culture - red color, dragons - anything else that looks distinctly Chinese. Some graphics examples are in the file attached.
