create two superhero/comic images for website based on photographs of my two sons

I will provide you with several photos of my sons, ages 3 and 5. You will create one static illustration of each boy as a costumed superhero. The images will be used on a personal website. This project is for the static images only, but if I like your work and you have the expertise I will want you to bid on short animation using the characters and/or create some simple games (or create files that another coder can use to create s simple custom game). Your bid should be for the two illustrations, but I would appreciate it if you can tell me about your other skills that might apply to these future projects and applicable prices ranges.
