458450 E-Bay Shipping Integration

We provider multi-carrier, small parcel shipping and insurance. We need someone to provide integration between our system and eBay. We have done integration with other backend system, but have not worked with eBay. We are looking for someone that has enough knowledge of the system to adapt our idea to what eBay is capable of and what makes since for that system. The project would consist of three modules: 1. Pull down all available items to be shipped, (completed auctions/orders). Needs to return enough information for the user to select which items they want to ship. Should include items such as sale date, order/auction number, sale price, Ship To address block, shipping method selected, etc. a. Parameters: login, password, start date, stop date. 2. Pull down more complete information for a specific (one) order/auction. All information required to generate a shipping label. Complete ship to address block, ship to phone, email, dollar amount of sale, shipping method. The selection should be based on an order/auction number retrieved above or entered manually. a. Parameters: login, password, order/auction number. 3. Write back information in to eBay such as tracking number, shipping cost, shipping date, and mark as shipped to avoid displaying in the pull down all items by date range above. System should be flexible enough to write back any combination of the items, based on Boolean parameters. That is they may choose to write back the date shipped, but not the cost and tracking number. a. Parameters: login, password, order/auction number, ship date and Boolean to set or not, tracking number and Boolean to set or not, shipping cost and Boolean to set or not. If Boolean is false the matching data field may be null. Project should be written in .Net 4.0, VB.Net and delivered as source code. I am open to changing requirement to meet specific needs for eBay. Successful completion of this project could lead to other project doing similar integration with other shopping cart and or order system both web based and pc based. We would be open to integration with any system where people are shipping valuable cargo. Shipping insurance is our main niche.
