Hi, Alphex;
I am new to this service, but have worked as a voice actor in Los Angeles and national markets (Disney, Nissan Motors, McDonald's, Crystal Geyser) since 1980.
If you can find a VO person for thirty dollars, you should go with the low bid, I guess. A hundred-dollar fee for a five minute script of non-announcer, improv style copy reading is something I can turn around for you in an hour or so, tops. This is about a third the AFTRA rate.
Please advise if you would like an audition delivered to you.
Again, I'm just starting out with Freelancer, and ready to provide whatever materials you may require.
