We are looking for a web developer to handle a local government website. Website should done on Joomla. This is the first time we are posting a job in Freelancer.com. So we will be very keen on selecting our first hire on Freelancer.com We will brief the developer on the project once hired. Since we are working closely with home based developers in Sri Lanka, we will give higher priority for Sri Lankan developers (if any) in here. Hired developer has to sign a small NDA since this is a UK Local Government project. Please reply with your email address, skype id & also contact number. We will need to conduct skype or telephone calls in everyday 2 days until the project is completed. Also we would like to see Facebook profile, LinkedIn profile & Twitter profile as this site will need lot of social media integration.
