149478 URGENT: HTML CUT 1 Page

I need one page cut into HTML. There are a few requirements: 1. No Image Maps 2. Page should center, the bricks and sword panels should be the background. 3. Optimize images as much as possible. 4. The text starting with “welcome message...” should be text 5. 'Picture caption will go here' is text 6. Address at bottom of text 7. The boxes “On Tap”, “Live at Roxy's” and “Piano Bar” should be links 8. There should be a table row starting above the green above “New Photo's” and ending right after the shield in the gray space. This space will be used to drop “inner pages” into it. 9. Table based layouts are acceptable. We are looking for quick development. This is a RUSH project. If it is not completed by 7AM EST I will close the project and repost it. A HTML professional should be able to do this in an hour or so. I will make escrow payments, and choose a programmer within 1 hour. I will expect constant communication. Don't bother to bid if you do not have feedback.
