Build and submit iPhone app to AppStore

Apple registered developer required to build, maintain and submit iOS application. Developer will be required to build an e-retail application to spec but there will be room for successful candidate to make suggestions. I require a talented and committed designer who is a whizz with graphics and writing innovative code. The application will have a similar functionality to European virtual fitting room '[login to view URL]' (please see their website [login to view URL]) but with a social networking functionality; possibly using Augmented Reality. Interested candidates should have full registered Apple developer status and a track record submitting apps to the App Store. This is a long term partnership which can be undertaken alongside existing employment. I am willing to pay a relatively low starting out fee - the successful candidate will have bid paid; then receive a percentage of app sales for as long as the application is selling. So this is also an opportunity to invest for long-term returns. The candidate will also be responsible for updating the application. My concept has been trademarked in the UK and websites have also been registered. Winning candidate will receive a NDA and contract of partnership to sign and return followed by a brief containing proposed specifications.
