create a web site

I registered a web site and ask you to complete it with content and design. It will has one main page and 10 sub pages filled with relevant content. i.e. articles. Also you will design the header, footer, graphic content for the articles. Plus you will provide on page SEO, include: 1. make sure your text content are key words oriented, have proper keyword density and lsi 2. make sure each page html code include proper page title, meta keywords, meta description, h1 title, etc...
